Brandy & Honey Peaches
Ingredients
- 1oz Clear Honey
- 1 tblsp Brandy
- 2 fl.oz. Water
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
Method
Place water in bowl and microwave until boiling, stir in honey and lemon juice.
Microwave for a further 1-2 minutes, stirring each minute. Take care, the liquid is boiling!
Skin the peaches and place in the syrup – cover loosely and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Add the Brandy.
Allow the peaches to cool in the syrup. Serve either warm or cold with whipped cream.
